My passion lies in the slower, more meditative styles of yoga that nurture the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re seeking a moment of calm, improved flexibility, or a deeper sense of self-awareness, my classes are designed to meet you where you are and create a space for growth and restoration.
As a proud military veteran, my journey to yoga began as a way to find peace of mind after years of exploring various healing modalities. Yoga became the anchor I had been searching for, offering clarity, balance, and a sense of wholeness I now strive to share with others. I love incorporating elements of astrology into my classes when it feels aligned, blending cosmic insights with mindful movement for a truly unique experience.
